Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cotton at 6:03 p.m. at the Stadium Field of the <br /> Mashpee High School. <br /> Attendees: Finance Committee members Jeffrey Pettengill, Gregory McKelvey,Darlene Furbush, <br /> Mike Richardson, John Miller,Pat Brady <br /> Absent: James Carrier <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Pettengill at 6:03 p.m. at the Stadium Field of the <br /> Mashpee High School. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Approval of a Bond Anticipation Note(BAN): Town.Treasurer Craig Maven: <br /> Treasurer/Tax Collector Craig Mayen was in attendance to request approval of a Bond Anticipation <br /> Note (BAN) in the amount of$2,380,000 to cover road projects and costs related to the wastewater <br /> planning project. <br /> In response to the Request for Proposal (5)bids were received. The winning bid was received from. <br /> Oppenheimer&Company at a net interest cost of 3367 for one year. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) in the amount <br /> of$2,380,000 to Oppenheimer & Company as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Opposed, none <br /> 2 <br />
