Collins respectfully recommended the Board of Selectmen add <br /> Jessie"Little Doe"Baird to the list of appointees to the ad hoc Committee for the Prevention of <br /> Violence Against Women & Children. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to add Jessie "Little Doe" Baird to the Committee for the <br /> Prevention of Violence Against Women & Children as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Weeden. <br /> VOTE: 4-1. Motion carries. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, no Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Opposed, (1) <br /> *Convene Joint Meeting with the Finance Committee* <br /> Finance Committee members in attendance; <br /> Jeffrey Pettengill, Gregory McKelvey, Darlene Furbush,Mike Richardson, John Miller,Pat Brady <br /> Attendees: Town Moderator Jeremy Carter, Deputy Moderator Ed Larkin <br /> Review,Discussion and Possible Action of Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrants with the <br /> Finance Committee and the Town Moderator: <br /> The Board of Selectmen at their April 26,2021 meeting voted to Indefinitely Postpone Article 7 of the <br /> Annual Town Meeting warrant proposed to utilize land for the construction of a sewer pump station as <br /> part of the Town's wastewater treatment plan infrastructure. <br /> It was disclosed the Town Manager is currently negotiating an alternative site for the sewer pump station <br /> and related appurtenances. Negotiations are currently productive and a solution is viable in the <br /> immediate future. <br /> Motion made by Mr. McKelvey to Indefinitely Postpone Article 7 of the Annual Town Meeting <br /> warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Furbush. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Pettengill, yes Mr. McKelvey, yes Mrs. Furbush,yes Mr. Richardson, yes <br /> Mr. Miller,yes Mr. Brady, yes Opposed, none <br /> 3 <br />
