There are two radio towers on Industrial Drive, the other is <br /> located at 47 Industrial Drive that already has a ground mounted solar array. The site plan depicted <br /> the radio tower, and the location of the solar array situated behind an existing building next to the <br /> radio tower. <br /> Drew McManus: No comments. There are no wetlands in this area. <br /> Catherine Laurent DPW Director: <br /> Catherine asked the following questions; <br /> • What is the elevation of the property before installing the array? <br /> • What additional clearing will be done to regrade the property? <br /> • What is the material underneath the panels? <br /> • Is there a proposed drainage plan? <br /> • Is there vehicular access to the equipment pad, and will there be clearing of land to that <br /> equipment pad. <br /> • If there is an additional driveway, it should be shown on the plan and requires a curb cut <br /> permit. <br /> • A grading plan needs to be provided, and also the drainage should be contained onsite. <br /> • A final grading plan should be submitted, and no storm water should flow onto Industrial <br /> Drive. <br /> I <br />
