He said they would not dnany clearing beyond the tnaa line. Than* <br /> will be grass underneath the panels, and there in no drainage plan in place. Kevin said that there is <br /> access from the road.The proposed utility equipment is all underground, and the area will be cleared <br /> near the utility pad. A small trench will be dug for the electrical equipment. <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief: <br /> Would like schedule a visit with the fire department at the site upon completion so they are aware of <br /> emergency access and for the ohut-offs. All <br /> were in favor of the project at164 Industrial Drive. <br /> 9:15em Evergreen Circle <br /> Business Name: Pastore Excavation, /nc. <br /> Agent: Attorney, Kevin Kirrane <br /> Engineer: Holmes and McGrath, Inc. <br /> Request: Contractor's Yard <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirnanm vapnamenhad the application for a contractor's yard. Also present was Mike <br /> McGrath with Holmes and McGrath,and Nick Pastore,the property owner.This is a request for review <br /> of a proposed contractor's yard which will be followed up for a Special Permit request with the ZBA. <br /> Mike McGrath did the engineering and site plan for the use of o contractor's yard. There will be <br /> storage ofmaterials, and some vehicles parkedonmiha. <br /> Mike McGrath presented the site plan depicted as Lot 7 on Evergreen Circle. There will be 10 paved <br /> parking epaoam in the upper entrance including a handicap space. There's o gravel parking area that <br /> is graded so it all flows to the aou\hwas(, and a drainage system in the middle of the western <br /> boundary. There was a ohonn water management plan submitted that describes the design of the <br /> system. The water will pass through a swale, and will not drain into the subsurface drainage system <br /> until itiafilled to about 2/3rdsuf the depression. He also provided an erosion control plan. He said <br /> that this is an appropriate project for a contractor's yard, and will be surrounded by a chain-link fence <br /> with e gate that is 25M. back from the lot line on Evergreen Circle. There will be lighting installed that <br /> will be directed dmwn, and concentrated on the surface of the contractor's yard. He said this is an <br /> appropriately sized project in the Light Industrial Zone, and the entire development ofEvergreen <br /> Circle went through the Cape Cod Commission process. <br />
