The <br /> area will have hobe re-graded if it starts to erode. The Storm Water Management Plan requires en <br /> inspection ono periodic basis. <br /> Catherine said that a condition can bemade that the storm water io functioning aadesigned. <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent: No questions orconcerns. <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief: <br /> * What will be stored on the property? <br /> Tom spoke toGlen, Board of Health Agent who noticed that there was vehicle maintenance and/or <br /> tractor maintenance, and pressure cleaning on one of those sites. This might be a concern with the <br /> Town. <br /> Nick said he owns lots 5,6, and 7,and only vehicles will be stored. He said he has a shop in Sandwich <br /> where he does the maintenance on vehicles. This property is extra overflow storage. <br /> Dave Morris, Building Commissioner: <br /> There was o discussion regarding the sign for the property. Attorney Kirmna said he can file an <br /> application for Design Review, but will proceed with the ZBA meeting that is scheduled for April 28, <br /> 2U21, The plan does include the sign dimensions. <br /> There was no more discussion. <br /> Catherine made a motion to recommend the following; <br /> w Approval of the plans with the Zoning Board of Appeals with a condition that the gravel <br /> contractor yard will be maintained per the site plan to ensure proper functioning of the <br /> storm water system. <br /> = There will beno vehicle maintenance performed on the property. <br /> p A sign application will be submitted to Design Review for approval. <br /> Tom RuUomeoonded. yes, Rodney Collins, yes, Drew McManus, yes, Catherine Lou/ent, yes, and <br /> Dave Morris, yes.
