Morton Building for use of garage <br /> storage and office space. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the application. Also present was Joao <br /> Junqueira with Capewide Construction, Dan O'Jala with Down Cape <br /> Engineering, and the principals of Gutter Monkeys. This project was approved <br /> back in 2018 by the Design Review Committee for RCA Electrical <br /> Contractors. The original plan had proposed two buildings, but one of the <br /> buildings will be eliminated from that development plan. The revised site <br /> location is owned by Evergreen Band LLC, and the new building will be <br /> utilized by the Gutter Monkeys who will be the sole tenant. Their business <br /> work will be primarily off site, and the new building will be used for office space <br /> and storage. The plan has the required number of parking spaces. <br />
