Meeting Minutes <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, March 16, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> There were no more comments. <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Evan moved that the committee recommend approval of the applicant's <br /> request of a modification to the existing Special Permit for the property known <br /> 53 Mercantile Way with the following conditions; <br /> • Floor drains be installed for the industrial waste water holding tank for <br /> any bays where vehicles are kept and stored inside the new second <br /> building. <br /> • That the back fill base material and pavement be consistent with the <br /> already established area and recommendation of the former consulting <br /> engineer from the original approved Special Permit. <br /> • If the applicant plans to expand the septic tank beyond the 360 gallon <br /> flow per day for 24 employees per day, will require Board of Health <br /> approval, A septic inspection will be required for the increase in flow. <br /> • Addressing of the new building be approved by Clay Nicholson, GIS <br /> Coordinator. <br /> Tom Rullo, seconded, yes, Caitlin, yes, Chief Carline, yes, Evan, yes, and <br /> Dave, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Approve meeting minutes dated February 16, 2021 <br /> Evan made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Tom Rullo seconded, yes, <br /> and Dave Morris, yes. <br /> Dave made a motion to adjourn, Chief Carline seconded. All approved.
