Meeting Minutes <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, March 16, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Are there any variance, lot coverage, or setback requirements for this second <br /> building? He asked if the pavement will be covering the existing system. He <br /> confirmed that the project was approved back in 2016. <br /> Dan said that the lot coverage is 16%, and 25% is required. There is a <br /> proposed separate system for that building. <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief <br /> This building was part of a previously approved project. He asked if there will <br /> be vehicles parked inside. He asked that the owner has controlled information <br /> regarding any hazardous material because that will change the class of the <br /> building. <br /> Dan said this is similar to the previous project. There will be floor drains with <br /> tanks, and alarms. <br /> Dave Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Wanted to confirm that the bays will be separate, and will not have any <br /> openings in between each bay. Attorney Kirrane said that is correct. <br /> Caitlin Cantella, Board of Health <br /> The current installed septic system was approved for 360 gallons per day <br /> design flow for up to 24 employees at 15 gallons per day. The capacity will <br /> be based upon the use of each bay. A septic inspection will be required. <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> No comments <br /> Tom Rullo asked that the address be confirmed with Clay Nicholson, the GIS <br /> Coordinator. <br /> 4 <br />
