Dan said <br /> yes; there are storm water management guidelines. <br /> Evan moved that the committee recommend approval of the applicant's <br /> request to modify the existing Special Permit for the property known as 20 <br /> Evergreen Circle such that the existing approved site plan remove one of the <br /> said structures to leave the proposed 7,320 sq. ft. building that will be the <br /> Gutter Monkeys business operation. This approval is conditioned upon the <br /> following; <br /> • The Board of Health Agent to confirm if a variance for the septic system <br /> constructed under pavement was previously approved, and may not <br /> be required. <br /> • Tight tanks and floor drains to be installed per Board of Health <br /> requirements. <br /> • The foot paths shown on the plan be maintained for fire access around <br /> the building. <br /> • The pavement cross section has 12" of densely crushed stone <br /> pursuant of the Zoning Bylaw parking lot requirements. <br /> Chief Carline seconded, yes, Caitlin, yes, Evan, yes, and Dave yes. Morton Building for use of contractor <br /> bays. <br /> Attorney Kirrane represented the project that was also a previously approved <br /> Special Permit from the ZBA for the construction 7,500 sq. ft. building to <br /> house contractor bays. This is also a modification to the existing Special <br /> Permit for the proposed 4,920 sq. ft. building that is on the site plan. This <br /> building will have four contractor bays two of which will be occupied by Joao <br /> for his own business and use. There was parking added on the easterly side <br /> to accommodate the additional building. There are 15 spaces on site and 6 <br /> spaces were added. This will be a typical Morton building. Also available was <br /> Dan O'JaIa and Joao Junqueira. <br /> 3 <br />
