This was held up due to Town Meeting/ election, very <br /> busy. It will be submitted for approval to Board of Selectman on May 24 at their <br /> meeting. Chairwoman Stevenson will inquire about representation from their <br /> committee. <br /> Asked Ms. Donovan to make a proclamation about Race Amity Day, to which she <br /> replied it is already on the agenda. She spoke to Terrie Cook and both will be <br /> presented at the same time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Race Amity Day, Juneteenth, and Pride Month are three major significant events <br /> for acknowledgement. <br /> Introduction of guests collaborating to offer valuable experience in coordinating <br /> Race Amity events: <br /> Trish Keliinui -Talented in PR and Facebook <br /> Teresa Donovan - Race Amity Program, motivated and knowledgeable <br /> Joanne Outchcunis- Representing Bourne /Wareham Race Amity Committee <br /> Deborah Davis- Moved here from Natick, she organized Race Amity for Natick <br /> Mary Bradbury- Recreational Director <br /> Chairwoman Stevenson plans to contact the dance studio. She noted that <br /> Diversity Day was successful at the school with wonderful dancers. <br /> Marie Younger Blackburn will try to come on. She is especially great at organizing <br /> events, especially the food aspect. <br /> First question posed by Chairwoman Stevenson: If we were to do something, can <br /> we pull this off?
