6:21 John S. & Carol D. Kelley, 174 Captains Row. Certificate of Compliance 43-838. COC
PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA:
• Approve 6/11/2020 Minutes Tabled until next meeting
• Updates:
• Childs River restoration
Pretty much done with the Mashpee side, moving on to the Falmouth side. Garner
Bog natural vegetation is expected to come back naturally, we'll know in the spring
if we need to do planting.
• Red Brook Road culvert
We will be talking to DER, sounds like it's an eligible project, just needs more
definition. The source of the leak of the culvert itself still needs to be vetted out by
both towns. Agent will continue to update the Commission.
• Upper Quashnet restoration
Horsley Witten is still in the data collection phase.
• Bylaw Review subcommittee
Everything we talked about at the first meeting has been incorporated into the
mitigation regulations. Agent will send it out for discussion and we can schedule
another meeting.
• ADDITIONAL TOPICS:
(This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would
be discussed).
Ms. Cadoret said we sent in the RFR Reports that requested proposals for the
Chopchaque Bogs restoration, so we should start seeing bids.
Mr. Colombo asked if the Town Manager had emailed the list of parcels regarding the
Chapter 97 issue, Agent said he received the list and he will sent it out tomorrow. It's a
good idea to have a subcommittee review the list.
Mr. Colombo asked where to get photo id's for Commissioners, Agent said he'll find out.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion made by Mr. Weedern to adjourn.
Motion seconded by Mr. Colombo.
Vote: 4-0-0
Roll Call Vote:
Mr. Dalton, yes
Mr. Weeden, yes
Mr. O'Neill, yes
Mr. Colombo, yes
In favor, 4; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0
Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm,
Respect f 11 s ubr" fted,
C
trinE in6
Ba SecX%tary
