Proposed construction of single- NOI
family dwelling, septic system, garage, pool and pool house with hardscape and landscape
modifications.
Raul Lizardi from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans.
Agent said the dock was built on the property awhile ago, it has since been subdivided into
two properties. Mr. Colombo asked about drywells, Raul Lizardi said any of the drywells in the
backyard could be used. Agent told Mr. Colombo he can condition to see the mechanicals of
the pool, it's not something we normally require.
Motion made by Mr. Colombo to close and issue with conditions that we see
mechanicals for the pool draw down structure and the revision of work limit.
Motion seconded by Mr. Weeden.
Vote: 4-0-0
Roll Call Vote:
Mr. Dalton, yes
Mr. Weeden, yes
Mr. O'Neill, yes
Mr. Colombo, yes
In favor, 4; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0
6:15 Popponesset Beach Association, Inc.
