MINUTES January 17, 1989 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to deny the requested perc extension, Mr. Wilson <br /> seconded. <br /> 23. ) Revised subdivision plans - K & V Associates - Mr. McQuaid informed the <br /> Board that revisions should include 'topography, edge of wetlands and M.D.C. <br /> well drains. He stated this office is in receipt of a letter from K & V <br /> Associates stating no wetlands are located within the proposed subdivision <br /> and drains are riot delineated on these plans and commented that the "Town <br /> Engineer and D.P.W. Director are requesting drains in this subdivision. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented that roads currently cut are below grade and <br /> stated new revised plains will be required delineating drains prior to <br /> this Boards approval . Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to forward <br /> these comments to the Planning Board and owner of the subdivision. <br /> 24. ) MacDonald Land Trust sub-division - B.O.H. 45 day response required, <br /> revisions not received Mr. Greelish stated this Board <br /> approve plans as su mined and requests Mr. McQuaid to inform the owner <br /> that lie will be required to re—submit plains. <br /> NEW' BUSINESS <br /> Industrial Drive, (Toomey) <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he did attend a Board of Appeals hearing last week <br /> regarding 33 industrial Drive and stated lie verbally made comments to the <br /> Z.B.A. however written comments were requested. Mr. McQuaid presented written <br /> comments before this Board for approval and explained that once approval is <br /> given he will forward copies to the Z.B.A. and Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid include in his written comments that no <br /> potentially hazardous cleaning materials be utilized for vehicle or tent laun- <br /> dering, Mr. Wilson was in agreeance. <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to forward these comments to the <br /> Planning Board and Board of Appeals, Mr. Wilson was in agreeance. <br /> Announcement of meeting Cape Cod Community College - Special Commission <br /> on Growth and Change <br /> Mr. Greelish stated he will attend this meeting. <br /> Day Care Facility - 1 Wampanoag Avenue <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that the owner of this property is pro- <br /> posing a Day care Facility at her residential home however plans cannot be <br /> located showing the leaching system. Mr. McQuaid stated he did request the <br /> owner to submit a plan to update her system to Title V and commented plans <br /> were submitted which were drawn by a licensed installer in this town. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated plans submitted to delineate abutting wells to leach- <br /> ing, vacant abutting lots and a 'Title V system and commented the system is <br /> adequate and asked the Board to consider that this town is in need of Day Care <br /> Facilities, <br />
