Proposed Amendment of Order of AOOC <br /> Conditions 43-2940 to allow for addition of deck and vista pruning. <br /> (Name inaudible) represented the client and presented plans. Agent commented there's not <br /> much to add on, it's pretty straightforward. The condition would be that there's a contractor on <br /> site. If you select the contractor and a date we can all meet. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to approve with the condition that there's a contractor. Mr. <br /> Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:39 James M. & Karyn J. koulopoulos, 196 Waterway. Proposed removal of five hazardous N01 <br /> trees and addition of floats to existing pier/ramp/float structure. <br /> Matt Costa from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. They did speak with an <br /> arborist, Bartlett Trees and the plan was reviewed by the Harbormaster, he had no concerns. <br /> Mr. Cook asked what kind of trees? Mr. Costa answered pines and oaks. Agent said the only <br /> one he questioned was the 12in cedar. Mr. Costa said they can exclude that one until they <br /> can supply more information. Agent said no comments on the float, it's definitely and upgrade <br /> situation. Mr. McKay asked if the new float is within 25ft of the property line. Mr. Costa said it <br /> is allowed. Mr. McKay asked if it is within the Commission's purview, Agent replied it is not, <br /> it's a Chapter 91 issue. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue with the condition that the tree identified <br /> by the Agent be excluded at this time. Mr. Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br />
