Proposed Amendment Order of AOOC <br /> Conditions 43-3096 to add concrete scour pad to previously approved reconfiguration of an 43-3096 <br /> existing dock. <br /> Matt Costa from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent asked if there's an estimated timeline for the project's completion. Matt Costa <br /> answered 1 day. Agent said not much else to add, Harbormaster and Shellfish have both <br /> signed off. He also asked about the time of year <br /> treatments like hydro-raking, he wanted to make sure it's done at the appropriate time. No <br /> other comments. <br /> Ms. Zollo said she's excited about this project and would like them to come back and let <br /> the Commission know how successful this was. She also asked how they will treat the <br /> phragmites. Keith Gazelle said historically they've done a cut stem application here.
