Garner Bog is starting to see emerging <br /> vegetation. <br /> o Red Brook Road culvert <br /> The Town has submitted the application to get funding to repair the culvert. <br /> Something needs to be done sooner than later, safety is paramount and we'll <br /> keep everyone updated. <br /> o Upper Quashnet restoration <br /> Horsley Witten is almost finished with data collection, which will be followed by <br /> a conceptual design to be presented at a meeting. <br /> o Bylaw Review subcommittee <br /> We're wrapping up some final edits,just waiting on some information from Town <br /> Council regarding docks and piers and monetary donation to Shellfish for <br /> mitigation. We need to see if it can be a regulatory change or if we have to <br /> amend the bylaw. <br /> o Sewer Substation Review Subcommittee (0 Mashpee Neck Rd) <br /> We're in a holding pattern, that measure has been postponed indefinitely. Mr. <br /> Smith said we have it in writing that they promised another engineering solution <br /> in exchange for his support of the project. <br /> • ADDITIONAL TOPICS: <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would <br /> be discussed). <br /> Agent announced the retirement of the Conservation Administrative Assistant, Cynthia <br /> Bartos. <br /> Agent said he's received some photos for the picture id's. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> Mr. Sweet motioned to adjourn. <br /> Mr. Dalton seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: 6-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br />
