Proposed extension, NOI <br /> reconfiguration and reconstruction of existing pier, ramp, and float structure. <br /> Raul Lizardi-Rivera from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent said the Harbormaster and Shellfish Constable have no issues. Marine Fisheries <br /> recommendations have been accommodated, no other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked about the float stop being 18in, where the DMF requires 2.5ft. <br /> Agent said that this is not a viable shellfish area, he's inclined to defer to the Shellfish <br /> Constable's recommendations. <br /> Raul Lizardi said during low tide, the 18in would be acting like a fixed pier, at 2.5ft it would <br /> almost permanently be acting as a fixed pier. <br /> Mr. Colombo said that at 2.5ft it would be acting as a fixed pier.
