MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Driscoll Cape 1969, LLC <br /> 61 Echo Road (Map 19 Parcel 3-6) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2021-3 8 <br /> Dave Morris,Building Commissioner confirmed that everything is accurate as Mr. Driscoll <br /> mentioned. The project was presented at Plan Review and was given recommendations to <br /> apply for the Zoning Board of Appeals, but it was overlooked. He was issued a building <br /> permit by Building Commissioner at the time. The statute of limitations is 6 years to apply, <br /> and this is the fifth year. The building is exactly what was proposed,and is under the correct <br /> use. <br /> Chairman Furbush polled the Board for their comments. Mr. Bonvie wanted to confirm <br /> that everything was to the Building Commissioner's satisfaction. <br /> There were no more questions from the Board, and there were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, June <br /> 9, 2021 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit to <br /> Driscoll Cape 1969,LLC at 61 Echo Road under§174-25 (G)(4)and(G)(6)of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for (4,500 sq. ft.) warehouse space, (1,500 sq. ft.) front office space, and <br /> a second story storage area of(1,500 sq. ft.),to be utilized as an electrical shop on property <br /> located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts, Map 19 Parcel 3-6, <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Note: Building Permit was issued back in 2016), with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
