MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br /> Owner, Arthur Burdick <br /> 47 Quaker Run Road and 7 Brown Terrace <br /> (Map 90 Parcel 43) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2021-40 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> June 9,2021,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance to Arthur <br /> Burdick of 47 Quaker Run Road and 7 Brown Terrace under §174-31 (Land Space <br /> Requirements)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 26 ft. by 34 ft. detached <br /> garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90 Parcel 43, Mashpee, MA <br /> with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Proposed Garage: Prepared for 47 Quaker Run Road, Mashpee, MA., Scale: 1" _ <br /> 20', Date: April 16, 2021, Prepared by: F.W. Westgate & Associates, Surveyors, <br /> Engineers, Land Planners, 189 R Main St., Wareham, MA. Revised: 5/10/2021. <br /> Signed by: Frank Joseph Gallagher, Professional Surveyor,No.:33959 <br /> 3. The site plan will be amended and must be submitted to this Board and the Building <br /> Inspector.That plan will clearly depict that the front yard setback will be 30.9/1 Oths <br /> back from Brown Terrace as the required setback is 40 ft. The Variance amount is <br /> 9.1 ft. <br /> 4. Garage Plan: 36' x 27', Prepared for: Arthur Burdick and Connie Abare,North Rd, <br /> Dayville, CT, Prepared by: Nicholas A. Barry, N.A.
