Jamie Odegaard, Principal. <br /> The site will be a landscape business operated by Outerland which is the company that <br /> operates Maffei Landscape Company. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac at 118 Echo <br /> Road adjacent to the military base. On the overview plan provided, there are two buildings <br /> proposed as part of the development. One building will house largely office space, and some <br /> garage space. The other building will house storage for the landscape company's storage <br /> use of materials. It is a wholesale operation; no retail on the site. In addition to the two <br /> buildings, there will be parking for cars, landscape vehicles, and landscape trailers. Also <br /> provided were the drainage calculations as part of the filing. <br /> Jack Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief: <br /> He asked the size of the buildings, and what will be stored in the building. Mark said the main <br /> building is 4,500 sq. ft., and the storage building is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. There's no <br /> sprinkler systems. <br /> Mark said there is mostly vehicles, ice melt product, lawn mowers stored in the off season, <br /> and plows stored in the summer in the storage building.
