Chairman Fulone then called <br /> the meeting of the Planning Board joint session to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> Chairwoman Sherman requested a moment of silence. She reminded viewers and attendees there <br /> would be no public comment or questions this evening. This meeting is serving as educational for the <br /> Planning Board and Board of Selectmen. Interactions will be with the Cape Cod Commission only. <br /> Madam Chair Sherman introduced guest presenter Kristy Senatori, the Executive Director with the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Discussion of the Development Agreement Process <br /> Ms. Senatori introduced her team and noted they will answer all questions as best they can. Before she <br /> dives into her presentation on Development Agreements, she wanted to take time to review some <br /> major concepts to The 2018 Regional Policy Plan. (She provided everyone with a copy and it's <br /> available on their website). <br /> - It was approved in 2019 and is in effect currently. It should help provide context for the <br /> Commissions review of projects entering into Development Agreements. It also provides <br /> overarching planning principals which the Commission has identified for future growth <br /> and development. <br /> 1 <br />
