Bugg <br /> Representative: Al Morra <br /> Request: Auto Sales under§174-25 F2, §174-24 1-111, Auto Repair under§174- <br /> 25 F3. (Note: A modification to the existing Special Permit(SP-01-79) required <br /> for auto repair. May require Planning Board for auto sales). <br /> Mr. All Morra presented the application for the business owner. The business moved from 129 <br /> Industrial Drive to 131 Industrial Drive for automotive repair, sales, and auto body repair. There are <br /> no changes to the exterior of the building. The parking spaces exceeds the 15 space requirement. <br /> The site plan does not depict the setback information of the building to the lot lines, and there were <br /> no interior floor plans submitted. <br /> Dave Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Dave asked if there was another tenant in the building. Mr. Morra said that A & K Septic Systems <br /> operates the south west side of the building. The owner of the building is James Kerrigan. He said <br /> that the spray booth is existing, and a building permit for the spray booth was issued in May 2012. <br /> There was a misunderstanding that the spray booth was moved from 129 Industrial Drive. Dave <br /> mentioned that there are several modifications that need to be made to this 131 Industrial Drive. It is <br /> dangerous to be operating the business. <br /> Jack Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief: <br /> The spray booth was not permitted by the Fire Department. There are no plates on the vehicles. Mr. <br /> Phelan needs interior layout plans that show specific fire protection requirements before making a <br /> decision. There are other issues with debris piled up outside in the rear of the building that needs to <br /> be addressed. He said that he will need to issue a cease and desist order regarding the issues that <br /> are present today. <br /> 1 <br />
