Finance Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> June 10, 2021 <br /> Communication from Board of Selectmen Liaison, if any: <br /> None <br /> Communication from School Board Liaison, if any: <br /> None <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Update on Town of Mashpee Annual Audit Request for Proposals. <br /> Mr. Ricardson informed the committee that he had not done any work on this at this time. But <br /> that he had received a document from Terrie Cook which is the official guide for procuring the <br /> administrative audit services. This document lists the procedures which need to be followed and <br /> that the Town's legal counsel needs to approve of the request for proposal (RFP). <br /> Mr. Richardson said that he would have something for the committee to look at by September. <br /> Mr. Miller clarified, with Mr. Richardson's agreement, that we would begin by taking the Town <br /> of Harwich's RFP and change all references to the Town of Harwich to read the Town of <br /> Mashpee. And that this would be our starting point for any significant changes to the RFP. <br /> Town Counsel needs to approve the RFP format. Mr. Richardson needs to speak with Mr. <br /> Costello regarding the format of the Town of Harwich RFP. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Approval of End of Year Transfer Request. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Miller to approve the requested End of Year Transfer of: <br /> From: DPW Salaries Local 888 $32,000.00 <br /> To: Bulky Waste Disposal $4,000.00 <br /> To: Trash Disposal $15,000.00 <br /> To: Recycling $7,000.00 <br /> To: Hazardous Waste Disposal $6,000.00 <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Richardson <br />
