,T vi (Y- Arlashpee n Minutes of Meeting Design Review Committee Tuesday, July 20, 2021 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Design Review Committee Members Present: Dave Morris, Jonathan Furbush, Joe Callahan, and Tyler Gaudreau. Dave called the meeting to order at 8:35 am. NEW HEARINGS 8:35 am Protect Address: 131 Industrial Drive Business Name: Preventative Maintenance Owner: Kyle Bugg Engineer: Al Morra Request: Relocate existing 5.6 sq. ft. sign from 129 Industrial Dr. to 131 Industrial Dr. Mr. Morra represented the owner for the sign relocation from 129 Industrial Drive to 131 Industrial Drive. The sign is approximately 6 ft. in height, and will need to be situated 6 or 8 ft. from the paved street. Mr. Morra provided a color picture of the existing sign, and a rendering with the dimensions. The site plan had a notation for the sign location, but no dimensions of the location. The sign was located at 129 Industrial Drive for approximately 5-6 years. The Committee confirmed that the bylaw states the setback from the lot line is 6 ft. The height allowed for the sign is 15 ft. Mr. Morra said the sign will not be lit. Tyler wanted to know if the street number will be shown on the sign. Mr. Morra said that it will be vinyl lettering. Tyler recommended that the dimensions be noted on the site plan at the pitch point of the radius. Mr. Morra said that it will be about 20 ft. from the road. Mr. Furbush asked that a revised plot plan be submitted for the file. Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Committee approve 131 Industrial Drive, Preventative Maintenance. To relocate the sign to be at least 6 ft. from the road. Also the sign cannot be no more than 15 ft. high.A revised site plan to be submitted with the updated dimensions of the setback from the road, and to remain the same construction except the street number will be changed to 131 Industrial Drive. 1
