Minutes of Meeting <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, July 20, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Tyler asked if the proposed amount of signs on the building would require a <br /> variance. Mr. Furbush said that the bylaw allows a maximum of 10% of the total <br /> wall space. <br /> Tyler wanted to know make sure that the landscaping is maintained better than <br /> what is there now. Mr. Sadler said that the intent is to improve the area and have <br /> a maintenance plan. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Tyler wants to see the plan and proposal for the Wendy's sign at the entrance. <br /> Dave said that a motion can be included that the sign needs to conform to 174-55 <br /> C. <br /> Mr. Smily said that the sign that is presently standing will remain, it will be the <br /> contents that will be updated. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked for a rendering of the sign be provided for the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Committee approve the presentation for 44 <br /> Falmouth Road, Fashion Foods, d/b/a Wendy's. The motion includes that there be <br /> regular landscape maintenance on the lot. The sign will conform to Section 174- <br /> 55 (C), and setback 5 ft. from the lot line, and provided for the record. <br /> Mr. Callahan seconded. Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Callahan yes, and Mr. Morris, yes. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Other Business: <br /> Approve May 18, 2021 Meeting Minutes <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion approve the meeting minutes. Joe seconded. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr. Callahan made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Furbush seconded.
