The Pledge of <br /> Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES—July 21, 2021 <br /> There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes for July 21, 2021.
