HEARINGS: 6:00 Francesco Boncaldo, 165 Uncle Percys Road. Proposed replacement and expansion of RDA deck. Steve Cook recused himself from this hearing. Joseph Boncaldo from Penns Hill Construction presented plans. Agent said no part is impacting the bank or wetland, meets all performance standards. There will be erosion control to catch any potential runoff from construction activities. Mr. Colombo asked if the pavers will be coming out, Joseph Boncaldo said yes, there will be no walkway. It will be gravel. Ms. Zollo motioned for a negative determination. Mr. Colombo seconded the motion. Vote: 4-0-0 Roll Call Vote: Mr. Colombo; yes Mr. Dalton; yes Ms. Zollo; yes Mr. O'Neill; yes In favor, 4; Opposed, 0; Abstentions, 0 6:03 David W. and Debra L. Nichols, 164 Ninigret Avenue. Proposed construction of second RDA story addition and two second story decks. Paul Colombo recused himself from this hearing. Hannah Raddatz from BSC Group presented plans. Agent asked if they were building a 2nd story, Hannah Raddatz said no, then corrected herself to say yes, they were. Ms. Zollo asked if the shed and dock were permitted to begin with. Agent said the dock was, he's not sure of the shed. We can look into that. Mr. Cook motioned for a negative determination with conditions for compliant grass seed if there's a disturbance within jurisdiction. Ms. Zollo seconded the motion.
