Proposed Amendment Order of Conditions AOOC 43-3099 to revise dwelling footprint, driveway with hardscape modifications to the previously approved construction of single-family dwelling, septic system installation and hardscape/landscape modifications. Continued from 7122 for revision of house footprint, grading, and naturally vegetated buffer strip. Raul Lizardi from Cape and Islands Engineering presented plans. Assistant Agent asked if a permit from DPW is required, Raul Lizardi said yes. Agent asked if it's necessary to remove all the vegetation, there's no work limit on the north side of the lot. Raul said the property line is the work limit. Agent recommends a continuance until there's a formal landscape plan so the Commission can see those details. Agent read comments from the Board of Health and the Building Commissioner. No other comments. Mr. Cook asked about the stairs, Raul Lizardi said there are internal stairs. Ms. Zollo said it's important to know the number of trees will be cut and what species are going in. Mr. Cook said he also wants to see that in a landscape plan. Mr. Cook motioned to continue until 8126/21 at 6:03pm when there's a landscape plan that includes the number of trees being removed. Mr. Colombo seconded the motion. Continued from 6124 for DEP number, Continued from 718 for additional comments and additions to plan, Continued from 7122 to obtain comments from Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Raul Lizardi from Cape and Islands Engineering presented plans. Agent read comments from Harbormaster and Marine Fisheries/Shellfish Constable. He recommends the requirement of mean low high water delineation on the plan and finalizing communication with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe regarding this dredge project. All Marine Fisheries comments will be incorporated into the order of conditions. No other comments. Mr. Colombo asked what regulation protocols are for how far an owner can dredge out. Agent said The State can grant the size of the footprint. Mr. Cook motioned to close and issue with the condition of mean low water delineation on the plan and that advance notice be given to the Shellfish Constable so he can monitor.
