Continued from 7122 for revision of house footprint, <br /> grading, and naturally vegetated buffer strip. <br /> Raul Lizardi from Cape and Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Assistant Agent asked if a permit from DPW is required, Raul Lizardi said yes. <br /> Agent asked if it's necessary to remove all the vegetation, there's no work limit on the north <br /> side of the lot. Raul said the property line is the work limit. Agent recommends a <br /> continuance until there's a formal landscape plan so the Commission can see those <br /> details. Agent read comments from the Board of Health and the Building Commissioner. <br /> No other comments. <br /> Mr. Cook asked about the stairs, Raul Lizardi said there are internal stairs. <br /> Ms. Zollo said it's important to know the number of trees will be cut and what species are <br /> going in.
