Decision on whether other additional flows should be considered in the sizing of Phase <br /> 2a infrastructure. Town to identify additional flows for consideration. <br /> v. Decision on whether existing Mashpee High School WWTF flow will be conveyed, <br /> treated, and/or recharged at a different site in the future(anticipated to be either JBCC <br /> or a future Back Road Site Facility). <br /> 1.3 Update existing Phase 2a SewerCAD model to evaluate maximum feasible extent of gravity <br /> sewer for Phase 2a. SewerCAD analysis shall be limited to West Mashpee Study Area only as <br /> defined in Attachment A. <br /> 1.4 Develop a conceptual design for the pump station that Phase 2a infrastructure is intended to <br /> convey flow to. Preliminary design will include pump design sizing analysis and preliminary <br /> layout based on one type of pump station (submersible or suction lift, as decided by the Town). <br /> Produce one 30% conceptual design plan view drawing, based on GIS mapping and <br /> boundaries. <br /> 1.5 Conduct up to two (2) planning workshops to review Evaluation Phase progress and findings. <br /> 1.6 Sewer Design Meetings <br /> A. Phase 2a Final Design Workshops with Sewer Commission and Town Transportation <br /> Engineering Consultant. <br /> i. Conduct up to two (2) design workshops with Sewer Commission and Town <br /> Transportation Engineering Consultant to collect information and review design progress <br /> (up to two hours each). <br /> B. Phase 2a Final Design Sewer Commission Meetings. <br /> i. Prepare presentation materials for up to two(2)Sewer Commission Meetings on project <br /> status, findings, and recommendations. <br /> ii. Attend up to two (2) Sewer Commission Meetings to present findings and <br /> recommendations of each workshop.Work related to any Sewer Commission Meetings <br /> beyond the two outlined in this scope item will be billed as an additional service. Present <br /> final deliverables at the second Sewer Commission Meeting. <br /> iii. Provide one(1)final version of deliverables outlined in the scope to Sewer Commission <br /> and Town Transportation Engineering Consultant. Final deliverable shall include one(1) <br /> PDF electronic copy to be used by the Transportation Consultants in preparation of their <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> 2 DESIGN PHASE <br /> 2.1 Sewer Design <br /> A. Prepare Basis of Design Technical Memoranda to accompany the Phase 2a design plans <br /> and specifications.
