Transportation is provided to local sites only, not <br /> to off-Cape clinic sites. <br /> Mr. Virgilio expressed his frustration over the vaccine rollout, and shared his opinion that the <br /> process should have been left in the hands of the local health departments. <br /> 1. Discussion of COVID Vaccination Plan. Mr. Harrington commented the plan was to participate in <br /> the regional clinics that Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment were <br /> scheduling and organizing at the Barnstable Fairgrounds and the Melody Tent. Three clinics have <br /> been open to seniors 75 years of age and older. The DPH stated that towns could get 100 doses <br /> per week if they had a clinic that could be maintained.
