MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO A SPECIAL PERMIT(SP-98-25) <br /> Petitioner, 502 Main Street, LLC <br /> 502 Main Street, (Map 27 Parcel 157) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2021-52 <br /> The Building Commissioner reviewed the proposal, and determined it required ZBA <br /> approval because of the original Special Permit. The Fire Department will review this <br /> project during the permitting process. <br /> The Board of Health comments were read into the record concerning the office space and <br /> bathroom facilities for the building renovations. <br /> The Board had a discussion regarding Town department approvals,and determined that the <br /> department sign-offs will be included in the building permitting process. . <br /> There were no abutters present.There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Modification to an existing Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the <br /> Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to issue a Modification to Special Permit SP-98-25 to 502 Main Street, LLC <br /> under §174-25 G (12) of the Zoning Bylaws to change the use of a previously permitted <br /> health club facility to a self-storage warehouse use on property located in the C-3, I-1, and <br /> Light Industrial Overlay District,Mashpee,MA with the following conditions; <br /> l. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: 502 Main St., Mashpee, MA.
