,T vi (Y- Arlashpee <br /> arxasKu'.arare', , '(A,ti, Gdrt°� dE f'f�4 0)`049 <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, August 17, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> David Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manager <br /> Christine Willander, Assistant Health Agent <br /> Katelyn Cadoret, Assistant Conservation Agent <br /> Jack Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Chris Gallagher, Town Engineer <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Dave Morris called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 9:07 AM Project Address: 11 Commercial St. <br /> Business Name: DPF Mashpee, LLC c/o Charter Realty <br /> Development Group <br /> Owner/Agent: Karen Johnson, Charter Realty <br /> Architect/Engineer: Baxter Nye Engineering <br /> Representative: Matthew Eddy <br /> Request: One proposed additional building with two retail units <br /> totaling 4,860 sq. ft. <br /> Attorney, Eliza Cox represented Charter Realty on behalf of DPF Mashpee LLC. <br /> This shopping center was part of a commercial special permit that was authorized <br /> by the Town of Mashpee back in 2001. There have been some modifications to the <br /> special permit that was initially granted at various sites of the master plan. The <br /> current proposal involves construction of Building G which was part of the master <br /> plan and was originally approved by the Town and the Cape Cod Commission. There <br /> has been a permit filing with the Planning Board that is scheduled for a public hearing <br /> on September 1, 2021 for a modification of the 2001 special permit to allow for <br /> construction of this building. <br />
