Minutes of Meeting <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, August 17, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Evan moved to recommend approval of a special permit with the conditions <br /> discussed by the Town Engineer, that a storm water calculations report be <br /> submitted, and that any potential future office space be reviewed and <br /> adequately designed to meet code compliant requirements with the building <br /> and fire departments, and that the septic design be reviewed and approved <br /> at a future Board of Health meeting. <br /> Mr. Collins seconded. There was no discussion. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Approve minutes dated Tuesday, July 20, 2021. <br /> Dave asked for a motion to approve the minutes. Discussion. <br /> Evan asked if there was an update with 131 Industrial Drive. Jack <br /> mentioned that he noticed several vehicles with writing on the windshields. <br /> Dave said a cease and desist order was issued to the owner because there <br /> is no permit for the use. Mr. Collins wants a follow-up investigation and <br /> evidence report so he can give it to Town Counsel. Both Dave and Jack <br /> said they will do a site visit and investigate. Mr. Collins mentioned that the <br /> Selectmen want to make sure there is enforcement for these type of issues. <br /> Evan moved to approve the minutes as submitted. Catherine seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Discussion regarding 100 Great Neck Rd North <br /> Christine mentioned that DEP approved the septic design plan for 100 Great <br /> Neck Rd. North, and it does not include a denitrification system. DEP also <br /> did not take into consideration the laundry, so the owner installed new <br /> washers and dryers which will need to be pulled out because the system <br /> cannot accommodate the volume. Christine also mentioned that there was <br /> nothing in the approval that would require the system to be tied into the <br /> future sewer system. <br /> Catherine mentioned that the owner was required to submit a storm water <br /> plan, and this was not done. There is storm water runoff discharging onto <br /> Great Neck Rd. North. <br /> 5 <br />
