Minutes of Meeting <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, August 17, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> There will be an eyebrow window to break up the front entrance. There will <br /> be a row of shrubs in the front. The utilities and fire room are in the rear of <br /> the building. The building will be fully sprinkled because it's over 7,500 sq. <br /> ft. The sign will be located on the west side of the lot with small lights. The <br /> building lights are LED wall packs with a low level case over the parking lot <br /> LED. He mentioned that he will provide the drainage calculations report <br /> within the next couple days. <br /> Jack Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Jack said that he will need an update for the fire protection system and if <br /> there will be office space created in the future. The bays will require carbon- <br /> monoxide detection as well. <br /> Chris Gallagher, Town Engineer <br /> Chris said that he sent his comments through email regarding the details of <br /> the site plan, and most of his comments were addressed. <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Evan mentioned that this project will require a permit from the ZBA and he <br /> said that a storm water report is required to be submitted with the special <br /> permit application. <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Catherine asked that the O&M's be submitted. She wants to make sure <br /> there are provisions and maintenance for the drainage system. She also <br /> wanted to know if the garage doors are wide enough for vehicles to enter <br /> and exit the individual bays. <br /> Dan said that the bays are about 30 ft., and designed for a small truck. <br /> Christine Willander, Assistant Health Agent <br /> Review and approval of the site and septic plan at a future Board of Health <br /> meeting. All other comments were addressed. <br /> Dan said a Variance is required in the parking lot. <br /> There were no more comments or discussion. <br /> 4 <br />
