Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Paul Bibo, Barbara Nichols, Mike Rapacz, <br /> Guests: Ashley Fisher, Vivian Sun <br /> The minutes of the July 27, 2021 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Paul Bibo and <br /> second by Mike Rapacz. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: The lake levels were observed by Debi McManus on July I" and 16"'. <br /> Both times the level was 55.1 feet above sea level. There were 9.5 and 10.5 inches of water flowing over <br /> the board closest to the lake and 9.5 inches of water in the stream on both dates. There were 3.2 inches of <br /> rain in Barbara's rain gauge. Levels were sent to Drew McManus in Conservation. <br /> Due to the low precipitation, the level is slightly lower that usual on this date, but only by .1-.2 feet. <br /> Conclusions: The lake level is slightly below normal for this date. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Boat Ramp <br /> Discussion: The new signage at the boat ramp has been torn down three times and replaced. There are 2 <br /> signs on the beach and 1 on the ramp. Mike's letter regarding hiring a ramp attendant was addressed by <br /> Ashley of Natural Resources. She will contact the State to see if a Town employee can monitor the State <br /> ramp. <br /> There was no news on when Lawrence Lynch Corporation will repair the ramp from damage caused by <br /> power loading, which is mostly on the beach side of the ramp. <br /> Conclusions: Signs have been replaced. Ramp repair is still pending. <br />
