The Planning Board <br /> approved the South Cape Village Shopping Center as a 160,000 s.f. <br /> Commercial Center on May 2, 2001. The special permit decision has <br /> been modified periodically over the past 20 years and has included and <br /> shown the future location of"Building G" being contemplated in the <br /> request for a special permit modification. <br /> Ms. Waygan is saying she cannot stay, she recommends the alternate member be seated. <br /> (Alternate being Mr. Hansen). <br /> Mr. Phelan asked if an alternate was needed. <br /> Mr. Lehrer stated for a special permit four out of five votes were needed, and the applicant would most <br /> likely want a five member Board. <br /> Chairman Fulone seated Mr. Hansen as an alternate. <br /> 5 <br />
