Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings <br /> on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Special Permit Modification, with Conditions, to Petitioner, Triple M Management <br /> Company, LLC under §174-24 (J) (C), and (K)to an existing Special Permit to (SP-2015- <br /> 33) to construct an addition to an existing 1,500 sq. ft. medical marijuana facility, which <br /> will have a footprint of 3,700 sq. ft., and a mezzanine and basement of 1,800 sq. ft. each to <br /> accommodate a recreational use marijuana dispensary in addition to the existing medical <br /> use dispensary. (Owner of record: 29 Echo Road, Triple M Management), and (Owner of <br /> record: 41 Echo Road, Ronald Gangemi, Trustee of 81 Echo Road Realty Trust. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The DPW comments as follows; Echo Road is a Town road. A Curb Cut Permit <br /> from the DPW will be required. Any approval shall be conditioned on the <br /> installation and maintenance of appropriate signage and pavement markings at the <br /> gatehouse to direct retail and medical customers to the proper parking lot/entrance; <br /> queuing of vehicles on Echo Road shall be avoided. <br /> 5 <br />
