Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Donald MacDonald, Barbara Nichols, Mike Rapacz, Paul Bibo <br /> Guests: Jonathan Small, Karen McGrath, Sam Fischer <br /> The minutes of the August 24, 2021 meeting were accepted with one correction, after a motion by Mike <br /> Rapacz and second by Paul Bibo. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1]Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Measurements were noted by Debi on Setemberlst. and 15"'. The level increased from 55.0- <br /> 55.5 feet above sea level. There were 9 and 14 inches of water flowing over the board closest to the lake <br /> and 9.5 and 14.5 inches of water in the stream by the stairs. During the past month 12.4 inches of water <br /> has been measured in Barbara's rain gauge. Levels were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. <br /> Conclusions: The lake level has increased significantly with over a foot of rain this month. <br /> [Agenda topic 2].Boat Ramp/Harbormaster News <br /> Discussion: The parking lot at the boat launch area has been repainted. There was no news on whether the <br /> town would be able to hire a ramp attendant for the State boat launch for next season. A harbormaster did <br /> support the Swim September 12"' held by the Save Mashpee Wakeby Pond Alliance. Swim buoys have <br /> been removed and boats will be taken out and cleaned for the winter soon. The season is coming to a <br /> close. <br /> Conclusions: The boating season is coming to a close. <br />
