MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 16,2019 There were no.abutters present. Ron made a motion to issue a minor modification to an approved Special Permit(SP-2018- 54)to Cape Cod Dog Center 31 Evergreen Circle. In making the motion; 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Minor Modification to a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. 2.
