Review and approval of meeting minutes. The minutes of April l, 2021 regular session <br /> were reviewed. The April 15, 2021 minutes were not yet complete. <br /> There being no comments or revisions, Ernest Virgilio moved to accept the minutes of the <br /> April 1, 2031 regular session meeting. Motion seconded byKripani Patel. Roll call vote: <br /> ErnestVirgi|io (yes); Kripani Patel (yes); Brian Baurngaarte| (yes). VOTE: Unanimous (]- <br /> U). <br /> 3' Review and approval mf expense warrants. It was understood that there was one <br /> expense warrant that would have to be signed outside of the meeting, due to there being <br /> no Board members physically present. <br /> 3. Show Cause Hearing — 257 NVonomnoscoy Road. Mr. Harrington comment that a <br /> complaint was made tVthe 8(]H office that the srna|| cottage at the property was being <br /> renovated and occupied. The property was not condemned. The property was confirmed <br /> to have been sold, therefore, an order letter was sent to the sellers as the former owners <br /> are responsible for having the septic inspected for the transfer. The only thing that could <br /> change this is if the purchase and sales agreement stated that the buyers accepted <br /> responsibility for the inspections of the property along with any septic implications. Our <br /> office has not heard from the buyers or the sellers. Mr. Harrington recommended issuing <br /> a fine for$250 for not having the septic inspection performed and $250 fine for violating <br /> the Board of Health Cesspool Regulation due to the cesspools on the property. Thegreen <br /> certified card has not been received asof this date. <br /> 1 <br />
