MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> Owners, Daniel R. Marie and Karen S. Joyce <br /> 78 Popponesset Island Road (Map 106 Parcel 30) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2020-11 <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments dated April 10, 2020 into the record. <br /> Mr.Bonvie asked if the applicant needed to seek relief from the Board for the 50 ft. setback <br /> from the wetlands. Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation comments dated April 10, 2020 <br /> stating that the Commission approved the project. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked if any of the site work within 50 ft. of the wetlands resource area. Mr. <br /> Singer said that he believes the pavilion is approximately 100 ft. away. The work that is <br /> being performed within the 50 ft. is the removal of the existing deck and replacement of <br /> the patio. Charlie commented that he doesn't see an issue. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Written <br /> Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> April 22, 2020,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted by roll call 5-0 in favor to approve the <br /> application for 78 Popponesset Island Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan:Proposed Site Improvements, 78 Popponesset Island Road, Scale:l"=20 <br /> ft.,Drawing File: C19358-C.dwg,Date: 02-07-2020,Drawn by:MJB/DAV,Check <br /> by: SMR, C2.1.1, Revision dates: 02-27-2020 Add drywell note for pavilion <br /> drainage, 04-07-2020 Remove &replace front stoop & update site coverage table. <br /> Prepared by: Coastal Engineering Co., 260 Cranberry Hwy. Orleans, MA. Signed <br /> by: Sean M. Riley, Civil Professional Engineering,No. 46715. <br /> 3.
