Joyce <br /> Property Address: 78 Popponesset Island Road, Mashpee <br /> The Applicants request a written finding in accordance with Section 174-17 of the Mashpee Zoning <br /> Bylaws in order to replace a pergola at the side of the house which is nonconforming as to front <br /> setback with a roofed pavilion that will be no closer to the front setback than the existing <br /> development as shown on the submitted plans. There will be a fireplace and outdoor kitchen under <br /> the proposed pavilion. In addition,the wooden decking between the existing pool and existing <br /> garage will be replaced with dry laid stone and there will be additional conforming landscape <br /> changes in the front yard. The existing upland lot coverage is nonconforming at 33.5%and would <br /> increase by .4%to 33.9%upon completion of the proposed construction. <br />
