<br /> on land located in an I-1 Zoning District, at 89 Industrial Drive, Mashpee, MA (Assessor's
<br /> Map 88, Parcel 27), which is owned by the Defendant, 11 Industrial Drive, LLC ("the
<br /> Subject Property").
<br /> 3. The Plaintiffs timely filed this appeal with the Massachusetts Land Court and the Mashpee
<br /> Town Clerk, prior to the expiration of the 20-day appeal period allowed under M.G.L. c.
<br /> 40A, § 17.
