Gangemi <br /> 41 Echo Road (Map 19 Parcel 3-8) <br /> Trustee of the 81 Echo Road Realty Trust <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on July 10, 2020 by Petitioner, Triple M Management Co., LLC <br /> requesting a Modification to existing Special Permit(s) (SP-2015-33 and SP-2019-36) <br /> under §174-24 (J) (K) (C) and §174-24 (C) (9) (a) to allow for construction of two <br /> temporary wing structures (12 ft. x 32 ft.) to be used during construction, and removed <br /> upon completion of construction of permanent addition authorized by Special Permit <br /> Decision SP-2019-36, on property located in an I-1 Zoning District, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 <br /> and 3-9, Mashpee, MA. Owner(s) of Record: Triple M Management Co., LLC (#29) and <br /> Ronald Gangemi (#41). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter <br /> 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 7, 2020 and August 14, 2020 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held (remote/virtual) on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout;Chairman,Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chairman, <br /> William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, and Norman J. Gould. <br /> Also present was Charlie Maintanis, Building Inspector. <br /> At the meeting dated August 12, 2020, the Board requested specific language from Town <br /> Counsel and the Town Planner to be included in the modification of the Special Permit. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that he and John Connell, Architect met with the Town <br /> Planner and discussed the language that was included in a draft decision that is acceptable <br /> to the applicant and the Town. <br /> Chairman Furbush received an email dated August 17, 2020 from the Town Planner that <br /> included the requested language, and was read into the record. <br /> 1 <br />
