Additionally, from July 41h through Labor Day, outdoor construction activities at the Property <br /> shall be further limited as follows: <br /> Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm <br /> Saturdays and Sundays: No outdoor construction activities <br /> Additionally,there shall be no outdoor construction activities at the Property on the following <br /> holidays: <br /> New Year's Day <br /> MLK Day <br /> President's Day <br /> Easter Sunday <br /> Memorial Day <br /> July 4th <br /> Labor Day <br /> Columbus Day <br /> Veteran's Day <br /> Thanksgiving Day <br /> Christmas Day <br /> Note: Interior construction work shall not be restricted as referenced above. <br /> 9. The Petitioner shall connect the Project to water supplied by the Mashpee Water District and <br /> permission for that connection is hereby provided,with the Project to conform to all technical <br /> connection requirements of the Mashpee Water District unless an express waiver is granted, <br /> either by the Mashpee Water District or the ZBA. <br /> 10. The Petitioner has revised the Plans to conform to all of the requests and issues raised by the <br /> Board's civil engineering peer review consultant received prior to February 2, 2021. The <br /> Petitioner shall adhere to the requirements forth in the February 2, 2021 peer review letter of <br /> Charles L. Rowley, P.E., PLS, regarding drainage and lighting plans and said letter is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit C. <br /> 11. The Petitioner shall cooperate with the Town to add the 39 rental units to the Subsidized <br /> Housing Inventory maintained by DHCD. <br /> 12. The Petitioner shall provide a copy of the Regulatory Agreement with DHCD and any other <br /> agreement that contains affordability requirements to Town Counsel for review for <br /> conformance with the requirements of MGL c.40B. <br /> 13. The Petitioner shall provide a copy of DHCD's final approval for the Project before any building <br /> permit issues (although building permits may be prepared and signed but may held in escrow <br /> pending the final approval and then released upon receipt of the final approval from DHCD). <br /> 14. The construction of the Project shall proceed in substantial conformance with the Plans. <br /> 15. The construction of the Project shall proceed in conformance with the Board of Health's <br /> approval under Title V. <br /> 6 <br />
