MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 9, 2020 <br /> <br />Mr. Cook said he agrees with Mr. Bonvie. If there are any changes, he will return to the <br />comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Gary J. and Denise <br />M. Nagle under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for reconstruction and expansion <br />of an existing deck, and second story balcony on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, <br />Map 27 Parcel 86, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br />Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> <br />2. Site Plan: <br />Date: October 6, 2020, Prepared by: Warwick & Associates Inc., Signed by: Gary <br />S. Labrie, No.: 40039. <br /> <br />3. Floor Plan: New Deck Addition for Nagle Residence, 31 Birch Way, Mashpee, <br />- <br />by: Cotuit Bay Design, LLC, Mashpee, MA. <br /> <br />4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. Subject to the <br />applicant seeking and obtaining Conservation approval, and if there are any <br />changes made to the plan the applicant will require to go back to the ZBA for <br />approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Gould, second, yes <br />Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br />Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br />Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br />Mr. Furbush, yes. <br />All were in favor to approve the project as conditioned. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
