Phillips <br /> 228 Wading Place Road (Map 112 Parcel 59) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2021-05 <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT FINDINGS; <br /> The Board determined the following; <br /> • Board of Health to review the revised building plans. <br /> • Site plan was revised to depict the 15.5 ft. side yard setback. <br /> • The A/C unit is not on a platform. <br /> • Plantings will be installed to buffer the A/C unit. <br /> • The new dwelling will meet all building code requirements. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday <br /> January 27, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special <br /> Permit to Petitioner, Eprem Epremian of 228 Wading Place Road under Section 174-17.1 <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single family residence with a new code <br /> compliant structure, (Owners of record: Frederic W. Blythe and Melissa P. Phillips) with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
