Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />November 1, 2021 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals - Associate Members: Robert Caggiano (Term Expires June 30, 2024), Bradford <br />Pittsley (Term Expires June 30, 2022): <br />The Zoning Board of Appeals voted at their October 13, 2021 meeting to recommend the appointment of <br />Robert Caggiano and Bradford H. Pittsley as Associate Members. <br />Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to appoint the following Associate Members to the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals; Robert Caggiano for a term to expire June 30, 2024 and Bradford H. Pittsley for a term to <br />expire June 30, 2022. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br />JBCC Lack of Communication: It was disclosed there has been no written response from Joint Base Cape Cod <br />regarding a series of questions presented to JBCC last August. It was noted that JBCC is currently working on <br />the list of 39 questions, and has requested an extended period of time to provide adequate response. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Discussion of Mashpee Commons and Development Agreement: <br />Select Board Chair Carol A. Sherman read aloud a prepared statement regarding the Three -Party Development <br />Agreement for the proposed expansion of Mashpee Commons. In closing it was determined it is in the best <br />interest of the Town of Mashpee to dissolve this Agreement. (enclosure) <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to dissolve the Three -Party Development Agreement between the <br />Town of Mashpee, Cape Cod Commission and Mashpee Commons, LLC. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />
