Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great.1Veck load hrorth <br /> d Maslipee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 23,2021 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, June 23, <br /> 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br /> North. Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members, Scott Goldstein, Associate <br /> Members, Sharon Sangeleer, George Ganzenmuller, James Reiffarth, and Charlie Reidy <br /> were present. Building Commissioner,David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take public comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing the two regular Board Members as well as Mr. Reiffarth, Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller, and Sharon Sangeleer. <br /> 15 Herring Gull Road: Owner, Southworth Mashpee Properties,LLC requests a Variance <br /> under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws to reduce the minimum <br /> lot area from 40,000 sq. ft.to 32,181 sq. ft., on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br /> Map 76 Parcel 125,Mashpee,MA. (Continued from June 9,2021 hearings at the request <br /> of the Attorney). <br /> Sharon read the letter from the Attorney requesting a continuance until Wednesday, July <br /> 14, 2021. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board accept the continuance until July 14, 2021, <br /> Mr. Ganzenrnuller seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, Mr. Goldstein yes, Sharon, yes, and <br /> Mr. Furbush,yes. All were in favor. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the two regular Board members, Charlie,Jim and George. <br /> 104 DeGrass Road: Owners, Michael J. Ronhock and Teresa A. Ronhock request a <br /> Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and replace of a <br /> pre-existing, non-conforming two bedroom dwelling, and replace it with a new three <br /> bedroom dwelling and a detached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br /> Map 104 Parcel 18, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1 <br />
