The ramp is approximately 35 years old and
the concrete has deteriorated due to salt water corrosion.
The ramp is used year-round by residents and property owners. A residential sticker is required
from June 15 to September 1"for parking.
The estimated cost of this project is $450,000. Additional funds for design and permitting will
be funded through the DPW/DNR and/or Waterways Commission budgets.
If funding is received it is anticipated the project would be completed in the Winter/Spring of
2022. The CPC previously supported funding for earlier phases of this project. Any unused
funds would be returned to the CPC coffers.
